The following projects were completed for a variety of clients, including the two companies I worked for during the period from 1998 to 2003. Projects are listed more or less in descending chronological order.

Ortho-McNeil CRM Diagram [Powerpoint graphic]
This is a conceptual diagram I created for Ortho-McNeil. It demonstrates how an "incubation lab" might enhance CRM efforts.
BaseSix [website]
While at BaseSix, I worked on many of the company's marketing and communications materials, including this, the BaseSix website.
Scully Signal [Powerpoint template]
This was a fun little project for Scully, a Powerpoint template for their sales team. Depicted is an isometric perspective diagram I created of their product line.

Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General [website]
While at Nitrocom, I directed the design of Attorney General Riley's website.
Nitro Communications [website]
A corporate website for the company I co-founded, NitroCom. The three tablets are cropped views of our client projects, and were randomly selected from a cache of images at every reload.
Nitro Communications [logo]
The Nitrocom logo. The logo is based on a molecular model of nitric acid, a key ingredient of nitro-glycerine.
Nitro Communications [business card]
My concept for the Nitrocom business cards was that they should emulate European phone cards. The lines radiating off the logo are spaced according to the Fibonacci sequence.
SSSR [web application]
This is an application window for the School System Summary Report (SSSR), an online application built by Nitrocom that collected data from Massachusetts School Districts for inclusion in the State's Information Management System.
Massachusetts Department of Education [website]
This is the homepage of the Massachusetts Department of Education, as it existed in 1997. It's spare design contrasts nicely with the children's art featured on the homepage, which refreshed with a diffferent image upon every page reload. We collected artwork from students across the state.
1988 EdTech Update [booklet]
At left is the orginal artwork for "EdTech updated", a statewide report on Educational Technology written by the Department of Education and distributed to all Massachusetts School Districts. It's a different shade of blue than the web version of the document because it was CMYK. The Massachusetts State Seal is shown in black because it was actually a varnish mask that would be applied during printing, so the seal would appear to be a matte watermark.

EdTech Updated [website]
This is the web version of the Ed Tech document, but also the home of the DOE's educational technology efforts, as they existed in 1998.
Massachusetts Educators Career Center [website]
This site was created to be a kind of "Monster.com" for educators. This sample shows the landing page, which directs visitors to either the school district section (job posters) or educators section (job seekers).
ETIS [website]
At left is the homepage of the Educational Technology Integration Services, administered by Nitrocom, which helped school districts aggregate demand for technology products and services, thus vastly improving their purchasing power and pricing.
PALMS [website]
The PALMS site at left was created for the Partnership Advancing the Learning of Mathematics, Science and Technology. The little tablets were animated GIFs of science imagery randomly drawn from a cache and refreshed with each page reload.
